How to order

  • How does the order process work?
    Browse our inventory, add a piece to your cart, and check out — we'll confirm availability within a few hours, send a secure payment link, and ship fully insured once payment clears. For a full step-by-step walkthrough, see our how to order guide.

Orders & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfer, and select cryptocurrency for higher-value pieces. For purchases above a certain threshold, wire transfer is preferred and may unlock a small discount.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How is my watch shipped?
    All watches ship fully insured via FedEx Priority Overnight (domestic) or FedEx International Priority. A signature is required on delivery. Tracking is provided as soon as your piece leaves our workshop.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes — worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare every shipment at the full purchase value as required by law.
  • How long does delivery take?
    In-stock pieces typically ship within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery is next-day; international delivery is generally 2–5 business days depending on customs.

Returns, Warranty & Service

  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging and paperwork intact. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll arrange insured return postage. If the piece was misrepresented, the return is at our cost.
  • Is there a warranty?
    Every watch sold by us includes a 12-month mechanical warranty covering the movement. Pieces that still carry an unexpired manufacturer warranty are covered by that as well.
  • Do you service watches?
    Yes. Our workshop offers full service, polishing, and restoration on a wide range of references. Contact us with your watch's reference number for a quote.

Selling & Trade-In

  • Do you buy watches?
    We are always interested in well-kept references from the brands we carry. Send photos, the reference number, and the condition through our contact form for an immediate offer.
  • Can I trade in my current watch?
    Trade-ins are welcome and often unlock the strongest pricing on your next piece. We'll appraise your watch against the one you're acquiring and adjust the balance accordingly.
